millions Dollar factory in Ain Soukhna was
completed by mid 2001. Our plant has the latest state of Art Machineries
for metal coating/painting, metal fabrication and glass processing
machines.
The covered area of the factory is 12000
square meters standing on a land of 6 hectares giving us potentials for
major expansion and diversification in foreseeable future. |

| Our metal fabrication plant is equipped with computerized
saws & various machining centers, CNC controlled sheet metal working
machines and very soon we will be adding conveyor assembly lines. This
plant is equipped to offer you not only curtain walling, doors, windows,
excetra of highest international standard but many other products which
falls under the definition of architectural metal works such as hand
rails, Balustrades, metal cladding, decorative screens, skylights, we
can offer all these products not only in Aluminum, but also
in stainless steel &
brass. |

Glass Factory
(Double Glazing Machine) |
| Our major investment is in our glass line. |
Our double-glazing line from LISEC Austria is
fully computerized and uses robots to seal the glass. The maximum size
the machine can produce is 2.4 by 3.5 meter.
The sealing of glass can be done both robotic or manually and with
silicone or polysulphide.
This machine is also equipped to do shaped double glass
& stepped edge double glass for structural bonding.

Our glass plant is equipped with a twin automatic cutting
line from Bystronic Switzerland both float and laminated glass with per
shift capacity of up to 2000 square meter per day.
These tables can cut glass from 3 millimeter to 19 millimeter.

Line) |
Our glass tempering line form Tamglass Finland can temper
glass from 3 millimeter to 19 millimeter with maximum size of 2.4 meter
by 5.1 meter and
we must add this is the first line in, Middle
East offering such large tempering facility and now the second one is
with our sister
company Gulf Glass Industries in Sharjah.
This is a fully computerized tempering line with capability to
distinguish various thickness, color or reflective glass itself and set
the cycle automatically. |
| Optimum capacity of this machine depending on thickness and
type of glass is 1400 square meter per shift per day. |

| Beside this
the glass plant have various other machines such as glass drilling, edge
polishing, sand blasting excetra and very soon we will add ceramic
fritting machine. |
