This luxurious project included all products exclusively
engineered and fabricated by ALICO. From curtain walls &
skylights to doors & windows ,the project made full use of
SCHUCO international systems. The huge work also included
aluminum cladding, heavy duty revolving doors.
The interior works also undertaken included the design,
fabrication & installation of handrails and balustrades, all of
which showing ALICO’s unique strength in custom designed
engineering solutions.

| Work Description |
Fabrication, supply & installation of curtain walls using the
Schuco FW 50 systems with four sided structural glazing, while
the main entrance areas use Alico’s new system of mechanically
bolted ‘spider’ fixings. Project also included the installation of
glazed space frames. Alico Egypt systems were also used for
the aluminum doors and windows. Interior works also
undertaken included handrails and balustrades individually
designed and installed by Alico Egypt , as well as external
cladding using aluminum composite panels.

| Work Description |
Located on the River Nile, the two huge towers make full use of
the entire range of Schuco systems. The project included FW 50
structural glazed curtain walls, as well as skylights with
aluminum cladding panels integrated within the curtain walls
and skylights giving the towers a unique shape. Works also
included a full use of Alico’s systems for doors and windows in
addition to heavy duty revolving doors for the podium main
entrance.

| Work Description |
The project shows Alico’s strength in custom designed
engineering solutions. Four sided structural glazing curtain walls
using the Schuco FW 50 SG were the main feature of the
project also including aluminum cladding using aluminum
composite panels to give the building the perfectly flat external
appearance required. Curved glass was used in some parts of the
building which also included heavy duty automatic sliding
doors for the entrances.
